Getting Information
After you have brief information of which are outsourcing services and what we can offer to you, maybe its time to organize together a video-call meeting to discuss and share information about your potential working tasks and processes that you are thinking to outsource to us.
We will put in your disposal one of our managers to be fully dedicated to your contact and operations services for preparing and starting the testing phase.
Testing Phase
Our manager will need to get some training and guidelines from you about your operational working tasks. For saving your time and training cost, our manager will make training internally for our staff to prepare them for starting the testing phase.
After training and having access to your systems, we will start with outsourced testing tasks.
The testing phase will be one month with two full-time equivalent persons. During this month you can check our work quality, our approach for solving problems and our responding time to you.
For this month you will not have any operational cost. It will be free of charge for your company.
During the one-month testing phase, our manager will be our contact point to talk with you about issues and problems in real-time via any communication channel that you want. Can be Skype, Slack, WhatsUp or any other platform that you are using for communication.
Conclusions
When finishing with test phase and planned tasks are completed we can have together next meeting to conclude what we did, how much easy it was for all of us this cooperation and most important which was our work quality.

Contract
We can arrange together to have face to face meetings for one or more days in your offices or at our offices to discuss all terms of our partnership contract and also all other working details and volumes of outsourcing tasks that we will have responsibility for doing them.
Then its time to sign a contract and prepare all teams and needed FTE persons to start immediately working with outsourcing tasks.
